Privacy policy

This notice explains processing of personal data on firemnitasky.cz under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. The Czech version is ochrana osobních údajů. There is no data protection officer. Requests are answered within one month.

Data and purposes

• inquiry form: company, e-mail and message are required; phone and company ID are optional — to prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• accounting records if a contract follows — legal duty (Art. 6(1)(c));
• keeping B2B correspondence and defending claims — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f));
• visit measurement — consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and Czech Electronic Communications Act, s. 89).

Without company, e-mail and message we cannot handle the inquiry. We do not use the data for automated decisions or profiling under Art. 22 GDPR. After you accept analytics, Google may process an online identifier, a truncated IP address, pages viewed and browser or device data.

Recipients and transfers

Recipients are the website host, Formspree, Inc. (USA) for the form, and — only after consent — Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (USA). Transfers outside the EU use the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).

Retention

• inquiry with no contract: 3 years from the last contact;
• contract and tax records: the statutory period, usually 10 years;
• analytics cookies: up to 14 months after consent;
• your cookie choice in the browser: until you change or delete it.

Your rights

You may ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of data you provided, and you may object to legitimate-interest processing. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer; withdrawal does not affect processing before it. You may complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.cz.

Cookies

Google Analytics (G-6H3560R5SE) is not loaded until you accept. The choice is stored locally as ft_cookie_consent. Cookies _ga and _ga_* are set only after acceptance, for up to 14 months.
