Terms of business (B2B)

The website does not conclude a sales contract. A contract is formed only when you confirm a quotation in writing or we accept an order. The binding wording between businesses is the Czech terms. Czech law applies.

Quotations, price and delivery

A web or e-mail inquiry is not binding. Prices in a quotation are exclusive of VAT unless the quotation says otherwise. Custom production is usually from 5,000 pieces. Lead time starts after order confirmation, artwork approval and any agreed deposit. Website times are indicative. Title passes on full payment.

Complaints

Report a defect without undue delay to info@varanasi.cz with the order number, a description and photos. You are responsible for artwork not infringing third-party rights.

Consumers

If a consumer contract is nevertheless concluded, mandatory Czech consumer rules prevail, including a 30-day complaint deadline. The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specification. This site is not an online shop.
